We would like to clarify our sales and shipping policies to ensure you enjoy the best experience with us 😍

- Shipping fee is fixed at 90 EGP for all governorates.

Package Inspection:
We believe in full transparency 👌 you may open and inspect your package upon delivery to ensure everything meets your expectations.
- The shipment cannot be split, and you cannot receive part of the order while refusing another part.
- 
After Delivery:
- Once the courier has left, returns are not available.
- However, you may exchange items within 2 days of receiving your order.
- 
- If the order is cancelled after it has been shipped, an additional shipping fee will be required when reordering.
- Your order will be confirmed by phone through our customer service team. If we are unable to reach you, the order will be considered cancelled.
- Exchange is available within 2 days of  receiving the order.
- No returns are allowed after delivery.

المعاينة (Package Inspection):
نؤمن بالشفافية الكاملة — لذلك يُسمح لك بفتح ومعاينة الشحنة عند الاستلام للتأكد من أن كل شيء مطابق لتوقعاتك.
الشحنة غير قابلة للتجزئة، ولا يمكن استلام جزء من الطلب ورفض جزء آخر.
بعد الاستلام (After Delivery):
بعد مغادرة المندوب، لا يُتاح الاسترجاع.
لكن يمكنك استبدال المنتجات خلال يومين من استلام الطلب.
إذا تم إلغاء الطلب بعد شحنه، فسيتم إضافة مصاريف شحن جديدة عند إعادة الطلب.
يتم تأكيد الطلب هاتفيًا من خلال خدمة العملاء. وفي حال عدم القدرة على التواصل، يُعتبر الطلب لاغيًا.
التبديل متاح خلال يومين من تاريخ الاستلام.
لا يوجد استرجاع بعد الاستلام.
